For September’s Alamo REIA WIRE Group, we’re going to dig in and find out.

Before the meeting, your assignment is simple: search a few neighborhoods and find one property that catches your attention. Maybe it looks vacant. Maybe the grass is overgrown. Maybe it has been sitting for sale for months. Maybe you’re simply curious about it.

Bring the property address along with your laptop or notebook, and we’ll start peeling back the onion together.

We’ll look at what information we can uncover, what the property may be telling us, and how an investor can start turning a random address into a potential lead or opportunity.

This will be an interactive, hands-on meeting—so come prepared to participate!
