Following his keynote at the Greater Houston REIA Monthly Main Meeting, Andy Heller will host an in-depth afternoon workshop designed for investors who want to go beyond concepts and understand how these strategies are actually applied in the real world.

This 4-hour deep dive (1:30pm–5:30pm) is where Andy slows everything down and walks through the mechanics behind some of the most misunderstood — and potentially powerful — tools in real estate investing: bank-owned properties (REOs), foreclosures, and lease options.

During the main meeting, you’ll hear what experienced investors pay attention to as markets shift.
