Contractors don't screw up your jobs on purpose, but it often happens. Most of it is the rehabber's fault (Bold Statement I know). We fail to properly define the work, or we don't qualify the people we are working with.
Our next focus group this coming Monday is about how to tame the Beast and to successfully engage with and make your contractors/Tradespeople and Rehabs a success.
If you are experienced, you need to be on the call, we need your help.
If you are a contractor/tradesperson, you need to be on the call.
If you are a Rehabber or property manager, you need to be on the call.
If you are just starting, you need to be on the call!
We want your input!!! We will share best practices and rely on your feedback as we discuss what all successful contractors and rehabbers need to know to make each other successful. This is easier than you think, but you must follow best practices.
Please Invite your tradespeople and if you have some names to share, Good Bad, or Ugly, please join us. We will all get a lot out of this.
We will be discussing what the fundamentals are, that if you ignore, will guarantee disaster We will also share the best way to qualify the client whether it’s the rehabber hiring the contractor or the contractor hiring the rehabber.
