- Low Lying areas (Loss Mitigation). We have already had our first person ask about rent for April. It's coming, we need to have a plan. Nobody will get out of this Scott free.
- Higher Ground. (Investing Strategies moving forward) . Where will the opportunities be. Will Property prices drop, will Wall St pull the money out of the market like happened in 2006?. Will mortgage rates go up or down. What are the triggers that will create shifts in our investing. How do we convert those triggers into action.
