Joe Zaragoza leads a team of home inspectors. Joe, was born and raised here in San Antonio. Growing up the son of a contractor, he spent most of his early years learning the contracting trades.
After graduating from high school, he joined the United States Coast Guard and spent the next 11 years in the service. Serving in Iraq and other countries during his service, Joe received over 27 commendations and awards.
After leaving the service Joe became an insurance agent. For the next 7 years he specialized in commercial and residential insurance in Miami, Florida.
With the love and faith of his wife, Joe and Jennifer moved back to San Antonio to be closer to Hannah, their daughter and step-daughter. After moving back, Joe established Elite Star Inspections and has been helping home buyers and sellers to make sound decisions in the San Antonio area.
Joe truly loves being an inspector and helping people.
Brooke Shelton
President and General Manager of Flooring Liquidation Guys
Brooke has been in retail for over 30 years. 10 years ago he entered the flooring market with Lumber Liquidators. 7 years ago, Brooke was running installation crews and installed all the flooring in San Antonio for their two stores, as well as other flooring companies. One of the companies they installed for was Flooring Liquidation Guys, which had just opened about 3 months prior. Due to his retail experience, they asked Brooke to help them get their store operational and help it grow. He was supposed to be there for about 6 months, and 7 years later Brooke is still there. Flooring Liquidation guys have grown from a five thousand square foot flooring store to a 31 thousand square foot design center. Flooring Liquidation Guys specializes in flooring, but have cabinets and countertops and provide remodel options for the whole house.
Damon Jagge
Damon is the owner/operator of DLJ Property Services. His specialties include sheetrock repairs, painting, laminate and vinyl floor installs, plumbing, trim carpentry.
Damon’s work, expertise, and professionalism speaks for itself! After completing some jobs for Joe Zaragoza, Joe invited Damon to AlamoREIA, where he has greatly expanded his business. Over the years, Damon has built his business around providing 5 star quality work, and getting the job done (right)!
