This is an IN-PERSON event and there is NO ZOOM link.

This is our SECOND In-Person Meeting! We are trying out another location.

You might have asked yourself why would I want to join a Rehab breakdown? So the short answer is simple everyone that does REI will have to deal with repair estimates at some point.

If you are a Wholesaler then you need to know how big of a discount you can get in your contracts and how much you can sell the property for (and get repeat customers).

If you already do Rehab then it is always great to learn what someone else does for their best practices so that you can save money or time on your next rehab.

If you Buy & Hold then you will get nothing out of it right? WRONG you have to think of how to not have so many repairs in between each tenant!

Join our expert General Contractor as he walks us through how to estimate the work on rehabs. How to price them. What contractors you should be thinking about. And the thing that gets us all in the end, how to make sure your memory doesn't fail you.

As always we are a community and to make us stronger and grow together we need your contractor's success and horror stories. Bring your questions!

As this is going to be our second meeting live we will not have a link for the simulcast yet. We are working out the kinks and trying to make sure that we can provide a quality product so that it can benefit our membership online and in person.
