Creating cash flow with rentals AND owner financing
While wholesaling and flipping properties are great ways to make good money, but what about creating long-term wealth? Creating consistent cash flow and long-term wealth will allow you to create and live the life you want to live, instead of the life you have to live. What do you consider freedom?
