On February 1, Richard joined with Ray Sasser to grow the operations of the Alamo REIA into a nationally recognized entity. This plan was conceptualized with Sharon Fernandez two years ago. While, with Sharon's passing, the plan lacks the spark Sharon brought to everything she touched, the vision for strengthening the Alamo REIA base remains. We want many investors to realize their dreams. 

Richard will share some of this vision and explain the expansion into Houston and what it means (all good!) for the members of Alamo.

You may have noticed a new logo. Richard will explain what's up with that, too.

There have been changes in leadership with the ending of the pandemic and time moving forward. This includes the W.I.R.E. focus group. Richard wants to have input from the group on the best way to move forward to provide the best services and opportunities to members of Alamo REIA.

The shift in roles includes Maxine, who has faithfully served over an extended period of time. Her extraordinary skills are needed elsewhere for a time, and we pray she would be soon back in our midst. I want to plan something special for her, with your input.

I haven't had the occasion to meet most of you. I hope to start that on Thursday (online). I hope you attend! We have lots in store.
